Where do we find fulfillment in our lives

10 04 2013

I hope you all had a blessed Easter with your families. Easter is an exciting time because we all have a sense of renewed faith in God. Yet I think since it is not known as being in the top two holidays of the year if often gets overlooked. The story is great representation of how we can lose sight of the big picture in our lives and get sucked into the culture of “me”. The culture of death thinks of me, myself and I. But as Frater Matthew says in the article below, we must first deny ourselves and accept the crosses we are given in everyday life to follow God with a sincere heart. It makes the joys and blessings in our lives so much more sincere and appreciative.
